PATH International Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor
Queen of Hearts Therapeutic Riding Center is seeking a compassionate and qualified PATH International Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor to join our team in Norco, California.
This position provides safe, structured, and mission-centered therapeutic riding instruction for clients participating in Queen of Hearts programs. The instructor is responsible for lesson quality, rider safety, client development support, volunteer guidance, and maintaining professional therapeutic riding standards.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct safe and effective therapeutic riding lessons
- Develop and support individualized rider goals
- Adapt lessons to each client’s abilities and support needs
- Monitor rider and horse safety
- Guide volunteers during mounted and ground activities
- Maintain lesson notes and progress documentation
- Communicate concerns and rider progress to the appropriate team members
Required Qualification
- Current PATH International Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor certification
- Certification must remain active and in good standing throughout employment
